Developing leadership skills, strengthening entrepreneurial capabilities, and creating new business opportunities are at the heart of the SkillUp program, designed for entrepreneurs and CEOs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Croatia. The program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, funded by the European Union, and supported by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
SkillUp is a free, five-week educational program that brings together expert knowledge, hands-on experience, and valuable business connections. Through a dynamic combination of masterclasses, interactive workshops, and one-on-one mentoring sessions, participants have the opportunity to learn from leading experts, experienced entrepreneurs, and renowned consulting firms. With its hybrid learning approach, the program combines core business modules with specialized content tailored to key industries, including software development, tourism, the food industry, and manufacturing. Inspiring entrepreneurial success stories, knowledge sharing, and practical activities focused on solving real-world business challenges add significant value to the learning experience.
